Amit Zemach | Owner & Founder

Amit started AZ Contracting & Restoration intending to bring his years of experience, as both a developer and real-estate investor, to the field of residential remodeling and restoration. One of his priorities was to bring customer service back to an industry that has long-forgotten how to provide it. When he isnt working with our customers or guiding our team, you can find him serving as an expert on property insurance disputes or, better yet, spending time with his wife of nearly 25 years and their 3 boys.

Daniella Amaya

Daniella comes from a family of architects, interior designers, furniture builders, and home remodelers dating back to her great-grandfather, a renowned New Mexican architect named Leon Watson. In 2017 she started at AZ Contracting & Restoration as a design assistant for the ever-growing home remodeling company, growing right alongside them. Using her design education and natural skill, she aims to provide each client with an experience that reaches above-and-beyond their expectations. When Daniella isn’t at AZ, she’s usually chasing after her kids, rummaging through antique fairs, or looking for the perfect house to make her next home and project.

Restoration coach is one of the industry’s leading specialists in drying and cleaning training and is responsible for developing many of the applications used industry wide for structural and specialty drying.

IICRC

The IICRC is the international accreditation body for technicians and firms in the cleaning and restoration industry. Our technicians are all required to be certified by the IICRC before they can go out on our jobs. AZ Restoration is an accredited certified firm with the IICRC holding us to the highest standards of training licensing and insurance requirements.

OSHA

Our company is held to the highest standards in safety for both our staff and clients our priority is always “safety first” . We strive to accede the OSHA safety standards on every aspect of our business. All employees are trained in OSHA standards.
